We are pleased to offer you the 4th release of The DogFather, our 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon. This release is just shy of 500 bottles, and those who act without hesitation will get their paws on one of them. The distill date was 9/15/2006 and the juice was laid to rest in oak barrels for 5,475 days prior to bottling. Our mashbill, consisting of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, was proofed down to just below 94 to give this bourbon the right balance of heat, refined flavors and a smooth finish.
